由臺北市政府體育局與台灣體育運動舞蹈發展協會共同主辦的「2025舞王世界公開賽」，今（8）日於臺北小巨蛋隆重登場，來自25個國家，超過700名選手齊聚一堂，吸引數千位觀眾進場觀賽，現場氣氛熱烈。
體育局游竹萍局長表示，舉辦國際級運動賽事需要政府與民間攜手合作，讓臺北逐漸成為推動國際舞蹈運動的重要城市，也讓國標舞愛好者能在臺北欣賞高水準的世界大賽。透過舞蹈與世界交流，臺北正以友善與活力的城市形象，持續在國際體壇發光發熱。
本屆賽事邀集世界前24強職業舞者參與，更邀請世界職業摩登舞冠軍 Stanislav Zelianin 與 Irina Cherepanova、亞軍 Stas Portanenko 與 Nataliya Kolyada，以及世界業餘拉丁舞冠軍 Joel Lopez 與 Kristina Bespechnova、季軍 Cosimo Barra 與 Diana Sharipova 共同演出。臺灣代表選手包括 施宇駿與古東玉、王俊硯與郝偵汝 挑戰世界職業公開組，王子倫與錡子媗 角逐國際業餘公開組，劉艾芸、林采誼 則參加15歲以下單人組，為臺灣爭取最高榮耀。
此外，賽事延續「舞王小種子希望工程」公益捐贈活動，讓更多弱勢、熱愛舞蹈且深具潛力的孩子們能開啟圓夢之路，成為未來的臺灣之光。活動當天透過世界黑池高手國標舞王引領，展開公益捐贈活動，捐贈者可獲限量舞王公益悠遊卡，現場民眾踴躍響應，期盼未來有更多「舞王小種子」能在世界舞臺上閃耀光芒。
本次比賽在激烈的競技下，世界職業公開組 標準舞組由代表新加坡的 Stanislav Zelianin 與 Irina Cherepanova 奪得冠軍獎項，世界職業公開組 拉丁舞由代表中國的羅全君與鄧妍嫣奪冠，臺灣好手施宇駿與古東玉奪得世界職業公開組 標準舞第六名佳績，王子綸與錡子媗則於世界業餘公開組 拉丁舞組表現亮眼，榮獲第四名殊榮，U15單人A組 拉丁舞劉艾芸勇奪第一，選手們精湛的舞藝與古典優雅的舞風，令全場觀眾讚嘆不已，也為臺北再添國際榮耀。
透過本次賽事，舞者與觀眾共同感受臺北的熱情與魅力，臺北市政府體育局期盼「舞王世界公開賽」每年持續發光發熱，讓世界看見臺灣、看見臺北。
Jointly organized by the Department of Sports, Taipei City Government, and the Taiwan Sports Dance Development Association, the 2025 World Grand Prix Taipei Open to the World was grandly held today (Nov. 8) at Taipei Arena. The event brought together more than 700 dancers from 25 countries, attracting thousands of enthusiastic spectators who filled the venue with energy and excitement.
Commissioner Yu Chu-Ping of the Department of Sports remarked that hosting international sports events requires close collaboration between the public and private sectors. Through these efforts, Taipei continues to grow as a key global city in promoting dance sport, while providing local ballroom dance enthusiasts the opportunity to enjoy world-class performances right at home. By fostering international cultural exchange through dance, Taipei is presenting itself as a friendly and vibrant city shining on the global sports stage.
This year’s competition featured the world’s top 24 professional dancers, including World Professional Standard Dance Champions Stanislav Zelianin & Irina Cherepanova, runners-up Stas Portanenko & Nataliya Kolyada, World Amateur Latin Champions Joel Lopez & Kristina Bespechnova, and third-place winners Cosimo Barra & Diana Sharipova.
Representing Taiwan, Shi Yu-Jun & Gu Dong-Yu and Wang Jun-Yan & Hao Zhen-Ru competed in the World Professional Open category, while Wang Zi-Lun & Chi Tzu-Hsien took part in the International Amateur Open category, and Liu Ai-Yun and Lin Tsai-Yi competed in the Under-15 solo division—all striving to win honors for Taiwan.
In addition, the event continued the “Dance King Seedling Hope Project,” a charitable initiative dedicated to helping underprivileged yet passionate young dancers realize their dreams and become the future pride of Taiwan. Guided by world-renowned Blackpool champions, the charity event featured limited-edition Dance King EasyCards for donors. The initiative drew enthusiastic participation from the public, reflecting a shared hope that more “Dance King seedlings” will one day shine brightly on international stages.
Amid fierce competition, Stanislav Zelianin & Irina Cherepanova, representing Singapore, captured the championship title in the World Professional Open Standard category. In the World Professional Open Latin category, Luo Quanjun & Deng Yanyan from China claimed first place. Taiwanese dancers Shih Yu-Jun & Ku Tung-Yu delivered an exceptional performance, finishing sixth in the World Professional Open Standard category. Meanwhile, Wang Tzu-Lun & Chi Tzu-Hsuan impressed the judges and audience alike, achieving a commendable fourth place in the World Amateur Open Latin category. In the U15 Solo A Latin category, Liu Ai-Yun dazzled with her graceful technique and artistic flair, taking first place. The competitors’ exquisite artistry, refined technique, and elegant classical style captivated the audience throughout the event, once again bringing international glory to Taipei.
Through this event, both participants and spectators experienced Taipei’s passion and charm. The Department of Sports, Taipei City Government, hopes that the 2025 World Grand Prix Taipei Open to the World will continue to shine each year—allowing the world to see Taiwan, and to see Taipei.
