夏日運動補水3適 免於熱傷害煩惱

近年來,運動風氣盛行,不論是室內的有氧舞蹈、瑜珈等,或是室外的健走、慢跑、騎腳踏車及長達數小時的耐力運動(如馬拉松、鐵人三項等),都有可能因室內室外的悶熱環境或水分補充不足,造成熱傷害的發生。夏日高溫屢創新高,炎熱天氣容易讓人不適。因此,在運動健身的同時或追求個人最佳紀錄前,千萬要注意氣溫變化並關注自己的身體狀況,適時適當補充水分,避免身體陷入缺水危機!

國民健康署吳昭軍署長特別提供「補水3適」,維持身體健康的同時,也能笑喝喝。

  • 適時:戶外活動前1小時開始喝水,並分兩階段補充水分;儘量在活動中每15分鐘喝水。
  • 適度:依據天氣、活動量及流汗量,適度補充水分,不要等到口渴才喝水,因為口渴時已經表示身體已處於缺水狀態;若活動超過1小時或補水量超過1000毫升,則需補充含低濃度碳水化合物及電解質的運動飲料,避免飲用含高糖分、咖啡因或酒精成分之飲料。
  • 適量:出門前1小時適量慢慢喝下400~600毫升的水,戶外活動中,則每15分鐘飲水200~300毫升,避免熱傷害的發生。若運動後體重減輕,減輕的體重即代表缺水量,須逐步補足身體流失的水分,同時,注意觀察尿液顏色,深黃色表示身體缺水,需再補充飲水,此外,每小時最大飲水量勿超過1500毫升,避免短時間內攝取過多水分造成水中毒。
